New Northern Tool & Equipment Store Under Construction in Bryan

Construction is underway for a brand-new Northern Tool & Equipment store located at 1921 Austins Colony Parkway in Bryan. The project is slated for completion by June 15, 2024.

This construction project, estimated at a cost of $3,925,000, spans a total of 22,017 square feet. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive site work, the construction of the new building, as well as integral electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations.

As Northern Tool & Equipment continues to expand its retail footprint, residents of Bryan can look forward to a state-of-the-art facility catering to their hardware and equipment needs by mid-2024.
