The company recently secured permits to start the construction of its newest location at 3200 S Texas Ave in Bryan, Texas, marking the next step in its mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all.

The project, estimated to cost $300,000, encompasses the construction of an 865-square-foot facility, with work scheduled to begin on January 28, 2024, and a completion date set for May 28, 2024.

Known for its commitment to high-quality, preservative-free ingredients, Salad and Go offers a varied menu featuring breakfast burritos, salads, wraps, and house-made drinks. These are all made-to-order, ensuring the freshness and nutritional value that the company prides itself on.
