Smokey Mo’s BBQ is expanding into the Waco-Temple-Bryan region according to reporting by MySA.com. The chain aims to double in size, from 16 to 32 units, by 2025. Smokey Mo’s started in Cedar Park, just north of Austin, and currently has locations in the Austin, Houston, and San Antonio areas. The DFW area is also in the recently-announced expansion plans.
