Century Square Welcomes Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet and 4 Brothers NY Bagels to College Station

Century Square has officially opened College Station’s first Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet, marking the completion of the initial tenant group in its Phase II expansion. The Bryan-College Station debut of the beloved buffet joins other recent additions including Coco Shrimp, Houston Hot Chicken, and Original ChopShop.

“We’re thrilled to see the vision for Phase Two come to life with the opening of our initial tenants, including Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet,” said Clayton Freels, Vice President of Investment and Development at Midway.

The 6,212-square-foot Dimassi’s features a patio overlooking Century Square’s central plaza, serving house-made bread, Mediterranean classics, vegan options, and fresh ingredients just in time for the fall semester.

Also arriving soon is 4 Brothers NY Bagels, a family-owned bakery offering 26 bagel varieties and 15 house-made cream cheeses. The 1,673-square-foot shop will open this fall, bringing deli favorites, salads, soups, and pastries, while continuing its tradition of supporting schools, veterans, and local nonprofits.

Phase II of Century Square spans two new retail buildings surrounding a 5,000-square-foot green space. Sephora and Wells Fargo have also opened, rounding out a growing destination adjacent to Texas A&M University.
