Stylecraft Builders Inc., a homebuilder based in College Station, has officially entered the East Texas market, marking a milestone with its first home sale in Tyler.
Doug French, CEO of Stylecraft Builders, shared the news in a public LinkedIn post, calling it a “proud moment” for the company. “We just wrote our first deal in our new East Texas Division,” French said. “This didn’t happen overnight. Our team has studied the Tyler market for years, and it’s taken consistent, focused effort to get to this point.”
French credited the achievement to cross-functional collaboration across the company’s departments—from land acquisition and purchasing to construction, sales, and marketing.
Stylecraft, which has operated in Central Texas for decades, says it plans to bring the same values and disciplined growth strategy to East Texas, targeting underserved housing markets with a focus on building both homes and communities.
