A new freestanding Shipley’s Donuts location is set for construction in Bryan, with work scheduled to begin August 10 at 627 N. Harvey Mitchell Parkway.
The project, listed as Shipley’s Donut Freestanding Store, will involve the new construction of a 3,000-square-foot building. It is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026, according to state records.
The estimated cost of the privately funded development is $1,762,610.
