A new Whataburger restaurant is set to break ground this summer in Bryan, with construction slated to begin July 29 at 902 S. Texas Ave.
According to state filings, the project—designated Whataburger Unit #043—is expected to be completed by November 1, 2025. The privately funded development carries an estimated cost of $1.6 million.
The project involves the new construction of a 3,335-square-foot prefabricated building, along with a parking lot and landscape improvements.
