CoCo Shrimp, known for its Hawaiian-style shrimp dishes, is set to expand with a new location in College Station. The new establishment, located at Century Square, 1135 Century Square, will be completed by September 9, 2024.
The $325,000 project involves the new construction and build-out of a 2,725-square-foot space in Brazos County. CoCo Shrimp, founded by Isaac and Lauren Hadley in 2016, began as a food truck inspired by the food and shrimp trucks in Hawaii. Over the years, it has grown into a beloved chain with multiple locations across Texas, each known for its unique murals and welcoming atmosphere.
CoCo Shrimp’s journey from a refurbished ambulance food truck to a growing chain of restaurants is marked by its dedication to delivering authentic Hawaiian flavors and a laid-back dining experience. The College Station location will continue this tradition, offering a taste of the North Shore of Oahu to the local community.
