“A modern up-and-coming, polished casual restaurant, focusing on familiar culinary dishes with a flair, while the bar focuses on wines from all over the world and true hand-crafted cocktails that pairs with the menu perfectly,” is how College Station’s newest restaurant, Solt, describes itself on its facebook page. The eatery, founded by local celebrity chef Tai Lee, opened its doors this week in the space formerly occupied by his first restaurant, Veritas, at 830 University Dr E #400, College Station, TX 77840.
